How to apply numbing cream

1. Purchase a tube of 5% lidocaine topical numbing cream from your local pharmacy

2. Apply a very thick layer covering your entire tattoo by gently patting the cream on- do not rub it in

3. Wrap the area securely in plastic wrap. Tape the edges if necessary to prevent air from drying out the numbing cream

4. Leave the numbing cream on for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your session; we recommend 45 minutes to an hour if possible (no longer than one hour)

5. Your laser technician will remove the cream right before your session
